Party responsible for processing
Mariachi Gran Reserva, with an address at Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for processing personal information collected to quote, book, coordinate and follow up on its services.
Information we may request
Name, telephone number, WhatsApp, country or calling code, email address, language, event date and time, location, hotel or venue, access information, type of event, service preferences and communications related to the booking.
For remote bookings or card payments, we may request a signed contract and government-issued photo ID. This website does not store your full card number, security code or card credentials; payment is processed by the applicable payment provider.
Necessary purposes
- Prepare quotes and verify availability.
- Identify the client and confirm the booking.
- Process and reconcile deposits, balances and payments.
- Coordinate musicians, location, access, repertoire and included providers.
- Contact you before, during and after the service.
- Handle questions, requests and administrative or legal obligations.
- Prevent unauthorized transactions, chargebacks and fraud.
Service providers and necessary transfers
We may share only the information necessary with musicians, photographers, florists, transportation providers, coordinators, hotels or venues, and technology or payment providers participating in the service. We do not sell your personal information.
When a transfer requires consent under applicable law, consent will be requested beforehand.
Identification documents and retention
Identification documents and contracts will be used to validate the booking, support payments and handle questions or disputes. They will be retained only for the time necessary to fulfill those purposes and applicable legal obligations; afterward, they will be blocked or securely deleted.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to its processing, or withdraw consent when legally applicable. Send your request to reserva@mariachiencancun.com.
Include your name, a method for receiving our response, a clear description of your request and the information needed to verify your identity. We may request additional information only when necessary to locate the records or verify that you are the data subject.
Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. Send documents only through the channels we indicate, and never send security codes, passwords or your full card number through WhatsApp or email.
