Quotes and availability
A quote presents options and pricing based on the information provided. It does not reserve a date or time. Every request is subject to availability, location, travel time, access and venue requirements.
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after Mariachi Gran Reserva has accepted availability and the required deposit has been received and validated. A screenshot or attempted payment does not replace payment validation.
Price, deposit and balance
The applicable price, deposit, remaining balance and payment method will be those shown in the quote or confirmation. Additional services require express acceptance.
Unless the private tracking page expressly confirms cash payment at the end, the balance must be paid before the performance begins. When cash at the end is agreed, the client will give the amount to the Mariachi Gran Reserva representative after the service, and the balance will remain pending until receipt is recorded.
Contract and identification
To support a remote booking or card charge, we may request a signed contract and a valid government-issued photo ID from the person making the booking. These documents will be handled according to the privacy notice.
Venue permits, access and charges
The client must timely arrange and verify the venue's authorization, access approvals, outside-vendor fees and any other requirements charged or requested directly by the venue. When the quote identifies a hotel that requires a union permit, Mariachi Gran Reserva will arrange it and its cost is included in the displayed price. Any exception must be stated expressly in the quote.
If the venue prevents the performance because requirements assigned to the client were not arranged or approved satisfactorily, the situation is outside Mariachi Gran Reserva's responsibility and payments already made are non-refundable.
Location, transportation and schedule
The client must provide the exact location, an operational contact and access instructions. Transportation, ferry tickets, parking or special logistics will be charged only when shown in the quote. Changes to the location or schedule require prior acceptance and are subject to availability.
Duration, delays and waiting time
The booked duration begins at the confirmed time. If the start is delayed for reasons attributable to the client or venue, any waiting time or adjustment will depend on our subsequent schedule and must be agreed with our team.
Special repertoire
Songs outside Mariachi Gran Reserva’s regular repertoire are subject to prior review. Preparation may require a musical arrangement, individual study and rehearsals with the full group, so approval depends on the feasibility of the piece, the preparation time available before the event and acceptance of an additional preparation fee.
Sending a song title or link does not confirm its performance. The song is included only after Mariachi Gran Reserva expressly approves it in writing.
Weather, safety and force majeure
Outdoor services depend on safe conditions and venue rules. If weather, an authority order or another circumstance beyond either party's control makes the performance impossible or unsafe, a rescheduling option will be offered first. If no alternative is mutually accepted, all amounts received will be refunded. Rescheduling will never be imposed unilaterally.
Changes and rescheduling
Every change must be requested in writing and is subject to availability. More than 7 calendar days before the service, the client may reschedule once for a date within the following 6 months. Only one rescheduling is allowed per booking.
Between 72 hours and 7 days before the service, the deposit is non-refundable. Any date change is subject to availability and requires a new deposit. Within 72 hours of the service, payments already made are non-refundable; any new date will be handled as a new booking.
A change in date, area, time, duration, ensemble size or add-ons may change the price. Any difference must be disclosed and accepted before the new date is confirmed.
Cancellation requested by the client
The cancellation must be requested in writing. Where the statutory withdrawal period applies, the client may cancel without penalty during the 5 business days following the booking, provided the service date is more than 10 business days away.
After that period, the following rules apply: more than 7 calendar days before the service, amounts received will be refunded after deducting disclosed and documented non-recoverable third-party costs; between 72 hours and 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable and any additional amount will be returned after deducting non-recoverable third-party costs; within 72 hours of the service or in the event of a client no-show, payments already made are non-refundable.
Mariachi Gran Reserva will not deduct card or bank-transfer fees when calculating a refund. Any refund due will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible. The time it takes to appear in the account may also depend on the bank or payment processor.
Experiences and third-party costs
For romantic experiences or services involving flowers, decorations, vessels, restaurants, transportation or other providers, only amounts disclosed before payment and already purchased, contracted or non-recoverable may be deducted. Mariachi Gran Reserva will retain evidence of those costs and refund the applicable remainder. A general reference to “administrative expenses” does not replace such documentation.
Cancellation or failure by MGR
If Mariachi Gran Reserva cancels or fails to provide the service for a reason attributable to it, all amounts received will be refunded and the bonus or compensation required under Mexican law will apply. MGR may offer an alternate provider or date, but the client decides whether to accept it.
Access and no-shows
If the venue denies access because of a requirement assigned to the client and disclosed beforehand, the matter will be treated as a late client cancellation. A no-show also occurs when the team reaches the confirmed location at the confirmed date and time but cannot provide the service because the client or on-site contact does not appear or respond during the stated grace period.
Resolution and records
The cancellation confirmation will identify who requested it, the date, amounts received, third-party costs applied, the amount refunded or converted into credit and, when applicable, the rescheduling deadline. Recording a refund in the tracker does not move money automatically: the client will receive a reference after it has been processed.
Applicable booking information
The approved quote, booking confirmation and contract, when applicable, supplement these terms. If they contain service-specific details, those details will prevail for that booking, always within applicable law. No term requires a consumer to waive rights granted by law.
